I’m thrilled to have Nisha Moodley join me for a conversation.

In a time where many of us are evaluating what it means to have a soulful business in an extractive, Capitalist system—Nisha shares thoughtful perspectives and potent questions to explore in our work and life.

Nisha is an Integrative Leadership coach, the founder of Global Sisterhood Day, and the host of the Devotion podcast. She's been walking with women for 12 years, facilitating annual mastermind groups, several online courses, and nearly 50 retreats. (I had the pleasure of working in-depth with Nisha last year and it was truly transformative!)

I’ve always been inspired by Nisha’s rebellious spirit—she drops the need to “follow the rules” and instead leads from a place of deep presence, inner truth, and vulnerability.

This conversation filled me up in all the best ways. Pour a cuppa and listen in…

MEET NISHA MOODLEY :

“My primary devotion is walking in the truth of the moment.”

Nisha Moodley is an Integrative Leadership Coach and the founder of Global Sisterhood Day. As a mixed-race woman with a background in health & executive coaching, intergenerational & energy healing, and community building, she has a unique understanding of the ecology of leadership and the ability to catalyze deep growth for her clients.

Through working with thousands of women, she's discovered that the majority of us are holding the same vision for our world: a liberatory and regenerative future, where each person’s unique expression and gifts are woven in service of the collective.
