Listening to our inner truth can be challenging in our society because it means we have to pause.
It requires a moment of quiet to hear the answers within. But when we feel a constant pressure to do or produce or create or generate, we can skip right over the pause. It can feel like there’s no time — especially if the need to sustain an income is a continual reminder — or because our culture celebrates hustling over stillness.
Yet what unfolds within those intentional pauses is magic.
