As we experience a collective upheaval and uprising — a breaking down and creating of new — our bodies carry us forward, our businesses support us.

And they’re interwoven together, as our external reality is connected to our inner landscape. We hold our beliefs, emotions, and fears deep inside — and when we explore and reclaim the wisdom within our bodies, we begin to notice changes unfolding in our lives and businesses.

It’s pretty magical.

An area that’s being activated in this tumultuous time is our pelvic bowls. This is a space that energetically holds the themes of safety, stability, creativity, pleasure, personal power, boundaries and sexuality.

I'm honored to have Jeevan Singh — a wise voice leading the way in embodied business and somatic pelvic healing — join us for this week's episode.

WE COVER :

  • The way our bodies tell stories & hold beliefs

  • The energetics of our pelvic bowls & the wisdom within

  • Our relationship to money & how it’s related to our pelvic bowls

  • Practices that we can use to support balance & healing

  • The ritual of bleeding & a reframe on bleeding

  • Aligning our businesses with our menstrual cycles or moon cycles
