It’s such a gift, and yet it can be a challenge too. Especially, if your business doesn’t feel so dreamy right now.
You may be working hard — filling your day with an endless to-do list — and still your desires are out of reach. You may feel exhausted, overwhelmed or doing work that doesn’t light you up. You may have moments of questioning everything, doubt seeping into your day-to-day.
A practice I’ve found to be essential for a business filled with joy, abundance and fulfillment is to create a guiding North Star. The Big Vision.
Let’s pretend for a minute that your business is a ship. You have to begin with a destination, right? Then throughout your week, you can make micro-adjustments to lead you towards the destination. Your rudder, if we continue with the ship analogy ;) That’s why it’s so important to discern what actions are aligned and what to say no to. Otherwise, you’ll end up WAY off course.
I believe our intuition can be our greatest business asset in guiding us forward with discernment.
