We all have radically different styles, energetic rhythms, and ways of moving through the world. What works for one person may not be the best fit for another. There are truly no one-sized-fits-all formulas — in life and in business.

This is one of the biggest reasons I love Human Design.

It celebrates our differences, rather than treating us all the same. And it feels grounded, practical, and seamlessly fits into how we run our businesses. It creates a magical alchemy of spirit and strategy.

If you’re not familiar with Human Design…

Human Design combines the principles of many different modalities into one: astrology, the Hindu chakras, the Chinese iChing, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and quantum physics. It supports you to (re)align with your wholeness and embrace who you truly are, rather than who society or external influences tell you to be.

There are five different energy types in Human Design and each type has a different energetic aura, strategy, and approach for navigating life.

Once you align with your energy — everything shifts. Instead of pushing through resistance or hitting blocks, you can open up to greater acceptance, magnetism, and flow.

I thought it'd be fun to share horoscope-style readings for each type to support your business, workflow, and flourishing!

Projectors

My sweet Projectors, it’s all about quality over quantity for you. It's not how much you can do, or fit in a day — it's all about how deeply you show up, tuning into the energy of others, and guiding us forward. Let go of the idea that more is better.

Workflow. Focus on short bursts of work, followed by lots of rest and passive learning. And since you're gifted at creating systems, dream into your own nourishing framework for work, pleasure, play, and rest.

Generators

Magnetic Generators, you have a wealth of energy that you love devoting to your community and being of service to others. Remember, it's important to always come back to your deep desires and let those lead the way. Trust they'll uplift and serve your community as an effect.

Workflow. The practice for you is to do a weekly or monthly inventory of what's lighting you up, and what isn’t. Only commit to the projects that feel like a full body YES. You have the energetic reserves to follow through, so choose where you focus your energy carefully.

Manifesting Generators

Radiant Manifesting Generators, follow that divine inspiration and expansive energy. You're a multi-passionate being with many different gifts and talents. Though, this can lead to feeling like you're pulled in so many different directions!

Workflow. Create lists, prioritize, and ground all that flowing energy. Always come back to your place of desire. This is your compass guiding you forward. And remember, you can change your mind, pivot and evolve along the way.

Manifestors

Dearest Manifestors, you're the divine visionaries. You’re here to initiate movements, bring new ideas into the world, and create impact. The key here is to gather support to bring your big visions into being. This could look like creating momentum in your community, cultivating a network, sharing your ideas, or hiring help.

Workflow. Your day may be a blend of bursts of work, followed by rest, and lots of space for freedom. The freedom to follow your creativity and allow your juicy ideas to come through…

Reflectors

Intuitive, wise Reflectors, you can feel and see deeply into others and tune into the environment in a way that no one else can. It's important to allow yourself to move slowly, make conscious decisions, and surround yourself with nourishing community.

Workflow. You may find that you're naturally attuned to the moon or the seasonal cycles. These rhythms can help you find clarity surrounding your direction and where to prioritize your energy. Trust that when you take action, the universe will support you.
