The magic within your △ business's core message

Your business's core message

Words are powerful.

They carry a resonance, a vibration. We feel this when we speak our message or others receive it. When we embody certain words, they can become an invocation.

A claiming of our purpose. A call to the universe.

It makes sense why so many entrepreneurs, healers or coaches can struggle to find the right words to describe their work. It can feel like a monumental task.

If you’re in a place of feeling disconnected from your written copy or craving a fresh take on your core message — I invite you to explore the following practice.

A Writing Practice for You.

Together these prompts will give you an opportunity to explore, clarify and let it all flow out. Afterwards, you may find gems within for your tagline, mission statement, bio or offers.

Begin with your story.

Your business is a reflection of your own experience. Each moment leading up to this point has shaped your unique lens, your perspective. The challenges that you went through and your deep desires led to the creation of your business’s voice, services and offers.

What’s your story, love? What were the major turning points in your life that led you to this work? What personal experiences shape your unique approach?

Once you’ve done some juicy exploration into your story — root into your why.

Our why goes deep beneath the layers of our journey. It serves as a fertile foundation to create your core message.

Why are you called to this work? Why is it needed in the world? What’s driving you forward?

Do a word exploration.

This is a fun and free-flowing way to get all the words that relate to your work, business or approach down on paper. (This is also a great SEO tool!)

For each question list out a series of words. How do you describe your work or style? What words embody your work? How do others describe your work?

If you find that your creative muse needs to be re-awakened, keep exploring these questions. Go deeper. Keep asking.
