Let me share a little story...

When I was 11, I took one of my mom's large crystals, a tapestry, and a small table, and I started telling "fortunes" on the sidewalk. Back then, there wasn't much talk about intuitives, mediums, or channels, and you certainly wouldn't find sage and crystals in all the boutiques! As you can imagine, my venture didn't go very far.

But it ignited a spark within me.

I realized that taking bold, courageous leaps could lead to beautiful discoveries. Also, I began to understand the value of money and its potential to create financial freedom—something I deeply craved, growing up with a single mother.

This first taste of entrepreneurship led to the creation of four different businesses beginning in my early twenties. These creative pursuits ranged from clothing design to a technical company to leading multi-day retreats. The latter evolved into my current business, which started as a website design studio.

Alongside running my own businesses, I worked for non-profits and an online powerhouse. I delved deep into the world of online course design, membership models, book publishing, brand styling, and many other ways to generate revenue.

Like many, I initially focused on honing the strategic side of things. I immersed myself in business books, took trainings, and studied different approaches. Yet, I found myself trapped in a cycle of long hours, overworking, and burn-out—something was missing.

I longed for a different way.

Feeling lost, depleted, and chronically sick, I had completely disregarded my body and shut down my intuition. Then, through a series of tumultuous events—thank you universe for shaking me awake—I was cracked open and led deeper into my calling.

I found myself learning Human Design, Reiki energy healing, embodiment practices, neuroscience, Co-Active Coaching and the list goes on.

I began to understand that it's essential to integrate our shadows to fully align with our authenticity. We can hit energetic blocks, subconscious programming, and old narratives, which limit our business expansion. Once we peel back these layers, our business can flow and evolve with ease, allowing us to create the business and fulfilling life we desire.

And here I am today, almost a decade later...

This winding journey has brought me to the integration of the strategic and energetic realms in business, supporting those in rising into their embodied power and creating a thriving life.
